Matt Moyer Bell (Pollock) is a Boston-born creative producer dedicated to the practice of placemaking and ARTivism.
With a career spanning over a decade, Matt has designed, organized, produced, and presented numerous large-scale public art projects across the city. From permanent landmark art installations to interactive pop-up activations and festivals, Matt's collaborative work in creative placemaking has made him an integral figure in Boston's arts and culture landscape.
Matt’s superpower is the project hype-man: leveraging his ability to connect with diverse personalities, his unwavering commitment to elevating creatives, and his proven track record of exceeding expectations to inspire stakeholders and get them on board with the project. Couple that with his creative vision and dedication to bringing ideas to life, Matt has a knack for getting people excited and motivated to contribute.

Matt is dedicated to positioning and supporting artists and creatives as leaders in global change. He deeply believes in the power of public art to build value in a community, bring people together, and provide a platform for dialogue. Through his work, Matt brings together artists, cultural organizations, businesses, government, neighbors and community leaders to amplify critical social and environmental causes through the universal language of ARTivism.
